2. Account Creation

• Eligibility: To create a Slate account, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Registration: Provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services Provided

• Currency Transfers: Move between local currency and digital dollar stablecoins (USDC/USDT) and transfer funds to 130 countries in USD or 30 local currencies.
• Borrowing Against Crypto: Use your crypto assets as collateral to borrow various local currencies without a credit check through Slate Advance™.
• Debit Card: Utilize Slate's debit card to access your funds and earn rewards directly credited to your Slate wallet.

4. Fees

• Slate does not charge any fees for the services provided. This includes hidden fees, ensuring transparency in all transactions.

5. Security

• Slate employs advanced security protocols to safeguard your financial data and assets. However, you are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
• Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or that violate the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability
